They don’t realize that by making the minimum payments, the interest rates on that loan keep compounding so quickly that they aren’t paying their own. So this situation has put many into early dead spots, which is why Logan wants people to get out of this shame. He wants his friends and family to have good-paying jobs, own their own homes, and live their best lives.

Loan officers can play a significant role in financing people’s homes. Therefore they should be at the forefront in building relationships and managing them. Customer relationship management comes with many benefits, including; cultivating new leads, increased profitability, increased sales, and customer service and retention. You, therefore, need to genuinely ask yourself one question, why do people want to work with me?

Also, you need to be willing to work crazy hours and provide services distinguished from all the other people who do a 9-5 in that position. Therefore focus on your customer service and have a good relationship with the realtors. Despite focusing on the client experience, always remember that your referral partners are the main focus of the business.
